Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of LA Workflow Architects.

Services We Provide

LA Workflow Architects provides custom automation design, funnel building, CRM setup, and workflow integration services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• GoHighLevel funnel design and development.
• Workflow automation (Make, n8n, Zapier).
• CRM configuration and pipeline setup.
• System integrations between business platforms.
• Consulting and strategy sessions.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements or proposals shared with each client prior to work commencing.

Booking and Consultations

When you book a discovery call or consultation through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if inaccurate information is provided.

Free consultations are exploratory in nature and do not constitute a commitment to provide services. Any service engagement requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and schedules are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. General terms include:

• A deposit is required before work begins.
• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your proposal.
• Late payments may result in paused work or service suspension.
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Work product: Upon full payment, you own the custom automations, funnels, and workflows we build specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques across other client projects.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (with identifying details removed) unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we bring into your project remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them within the scope of your project.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to required accounts, platforms, and credentials.
• Responding to questions and providing feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensuring the accuracy of business information and requirements shared with us.
• Maintaining active subscriptions to third-party tools needed for the project (GHL, Make, etc.).

Delays caused by lack of access or unresponsive communication may affect project timelines.

Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a defined scope of work. Revisions within scope are included. Requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately and require approval before work begins.

We will communicate clearly if a request falls outside the agreed scope and provide a cost estimate before proceeding.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If you cancel a project before completion, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will refund any payment for undelivered work.

Limitation of Liability

LA Workflow Architects provides automation and integration services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

• Downtime, outages, or changes to third-party platforms (GHL, Make, Zapier, Google, etc.).
• Lost revenue or business interruption arising from automation failures caused by third-party service changes.
• Data loss resulting from client actions or third-party platform issues.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question.

Warranties

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee specific business results (revenue increases, lead volumes, etc.) from automations we build.

We provide a 30-day support window after project delivery to address bugs or issues with the delivered work. After this period, ongoing support or modifications are available as a separate engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business processes, and account credentials as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., connecting your platforms).

Clients agree not to share our proprietary processes, templates, or internal documentation with third parties.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without permission.
• Submit false information through our forms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning deliverables and access back to you.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
